CHO-KLAT
CHO-KLAT (Canadian Haemophilia Outcomes – Kids’ Life Assessment Tool) is a 41-item haemophilia-specific health-related quality of life questionnaire with a child report version (ages 7 to 18) and caregiver report version.

Translations that are marked with an asterisk (*) have not been cognitively debriefed within this language. Cognitive debriefing interviews of translated questionnaires help to ensure appropriate wording and culturally-relevant examples are included within the questionnaire. If you would like to use one of the questionnaires that have not been cognitively debriefed you are welcome to do so at your discretion. If you would like to perform the cognitive debriefing of this translation of the questionnaire, please indicate this within your registration form as this requires a specific license agreement that allows for modifications to the questionnaire.
Missing a language?
If you would like to translate the original language of the questionnaire (Canadian English) into a language that is not yet available, please also indicate this when providing the study details in your registration form. This requires a license agreement that provides the rights for translation.
